Pay for a Reservation

Use our Credit Card Authorization Form if you wish to pay for yours or someone else's bill.

Please do the following:

1. Fill out and print our credit card authorization form
   For 2021 Inauguration stays, please download this form.
   Otherwise, click here to download the form.
2. Make a photocopy of the front and back of your credit card
3. Fax the form and the photocopy of your credit card to:
   • 202-347-3924 to pay for a FUTURE date (Office Fax) OR
   • 202-393-2311 to pay for TODAY'S arrival (Front Desk Fax)

Change or Cancel Your Reservation

If you are canceling your reservation, please do so before 6:00pm EST on date of arrival.
